If it were to be released early, I’d wager it being some time around 1200 GMT to 1400 GMT. As a reminder, Fed chair Powell will be testifying in Congress later at 1500 GMT. There will be two parts to his testimony, one being today and the other tomorrow. But more often than not, the impact of any policy remarks will come from today.
