We get a bit of actual US ecoomic data today | investingLive
Tomorrow we get the US-Canada central bank extravaganza but today we remain locked in the US government shutdown deadzone of official economic data. Fortunately, there are a handful of private releases that will offer some small clues on the direction of the economy.
- 9 am ET – house price data from Case-Shiller and the FHFA
- 10 am ET – consumer confidence from The Conference Board
- 10 am ET – Richmond Fed
Those certainly aren’t tier-1 data but the releases should add some life to the market today.
