Bloomberg is reporting that Switzerland is reporting that they are close to a green to a 15% tariff with the US. The current rate is 39% since August 1. The report says the deal could be concluded in the next 2 weeks but that it could still fall apart.

So we are close but no cigar just yet.

Looking at the USDCHF, the price has been trading above and below the 200 hour MA at 0.80556, but has been below the higher 100 hour MA since last Thursday. The moving average is currently at 0.8078.

A trade deal of 15% should be beneficial to the CHF (lower USDCHF) and the price has dipped a bit, but getting and staying below the 200 hour moving average is still eyed. The current price is trading at the moving average near at 0.8055.
