Update: President Donald Trump signed an Executive Order establishing a Presidential Working Group on Digital Asset Markets to develop a framework for crypto.

The Executive Order on Crypto tasks the working group with developing a framework for regulations and the creation of a strategy national digital asset stockpile.

Earlier today Trump pledged to make the US the world leader in crypto.
