  • exports drop for the second month in a row

Trade balance +153.1 bln yen

  • expected 353.9bn yen, prior -638.6bn yen

  • To U.S. -11.4% year/year
  • To China -4.7% year/year
  • To Asia +1.7% year/year
  • To EU +3.6% year/year

While imports improved the slump for exports will not be welcome. USD/JPY is up to around 148.03 from under the figure prior to the data.
