As London and European traders exit for the day, U.S. equities remain under pressure, led by declines in the NASDAQ. The index has broken below its 200-hour moving average at 21,129.29, with a corrective bounce stalling just shy at 21,115. It now trades -285 points (-1.34%) lower at 21,026.03, reinforcing the bearish tilt.
The S&P 500 has also slipped beneath its 100-hour moving average at 6,381.84. A brief recovery attempt peaked at 6,383.32, but the index quickly rotated back under that level, last seen at 6,365. Both indices remain technically vulnerable as buyers struggle to reclaim key averages.
